3. Services & Bookings
3.1 When you book a service, you must provide correct, up-to-date information (name, contact, any skin or health disclosures).

3.3 Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment (or “no-show”), you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50%

• Reschedules are allowed, subject to availability.
  3.4 Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten your service or incur a fee.

4. Payments & Pricing
4.1 Service prices are listed on our website or given at booking; we may change them any time.
